What information does the CES file contain?
The CES file contains no other information except filename and file length. If you want to add more information, you can add them to description part of the file.
I Get a Message "This password or file maybe is bad, Please check and try again" ...

I can't remember my password. Is there any way to get it back?
Absolutely not. The encryption CES is a powerful encryption algorithm. You can save your commonly used secret password into secret file (.PWD). And add some description information to help you use them more easily and conveniently. Of course, you must carefully keep your secret password file.
About registration
After Register & Order the EncryptGenie, you will get a registration code. Note: The registration code string is that match the case of characters.
About automatically decrypt mail
You can enable/disable automatically decrypt option in E-mail options dialog box.
How to open an archive from Windows Explorer?
Select one or more files in Explorer, then click the right mouse button, and then choose corresponding item from the context menu. Or simply double-click on the archive icon.
How can i know the e-mail measure up to witch rule?
Open the e-mail, On the Outlook Tools or Menu, and then click Encrypt button. if the e-mail measure up to a rule, this rule will display at Encrypt e-mail dialog box.
If the e-mail encrypt failed when execute an encryption rule, the e-mail will be send without encrypt?
No, it will be moved to Drafts Folder.
What is Self-Extracting file?
It is useful to send encrypted files to those who may not own EncryptGenie. A Self-Extracting file is an executable program file (.EXE file) that includes the CES file and software to decrypt the contents of the original file. Users can run (execute) a self-extracting file just as they run any other program.
When a Self-Extracting file created by EncryptGenie is run, a dialog box is displayed. This dialog box makes it easy for the user (It Includes a help system) to change the options before starting the decrypt operation.
